Egg on your face

OK ok. If you have been watching my last posts on facebook you would have seen that I am right into my omelette. I have been trying different vegetables in with my eggs just to see what kind of power. Food I can make myself. Please. Feel free to tell me what your power food is just now.

havent wrote a blog for a we while guys. but i am thinking of doing one tonite.

The bat sign

Someone asked me the other day why i have the bat on target as my club sign motif. do i love batman, do i study bats, is it a secret symbol. why why the bat.

their is no religious or secret connection. the reason i have the bat as my symbol is that i like the way the bat moves. erratic the same way many fights in the street are. fight are not smooth flowing work of arts like a bird flying in the sky. they are fast vigorous erratic one min you see something then you miss it with a fraction of a second, the exact same way a bat flies at night.

constant movement and never stopping the same way systema concepts should be.

the target around the bat is just for added visual to make it look good.

so there you go lol. nothing special it is what it is.

Well this Is the start of our journey to wales for our raw combat course. Me,graham and gav. The boys picked me up at 3 am. Then we went to tesco to pick up some supplies. Now on the road in the dark. I am in the back and going to try and get a sleep.

Raw Week

Next week i have invited all my guys who are taking part in the RCI course to come train with me. i will be treating it as a normal day at work. i want to set out for a 8 hour day practice, well might have a wee break in between. still need to work on some things but hopefully by next week we will be rid of the cobwebs.
