Amsterdam AKA the dam part 1

Well folks just back from Amsterdam at the weekend i was over for my mates stag do. didn't really know wot to expect. On the train from the airport it looked very gloom and doom. But when we arrived at Amsterdam central the location looked a hell of alot better.

First thing first had to find some accommodation so me and my flat mate went to the tourist information centre, i didn't mind where we stayed. i was used to hostels now. Anyway we got a nice hotel for a very good price and very central as well.

About everything

Just a quick note to tell everyone that this blog is going to be about many things. My life the martial arts that i teach and things i know about other ppl. lol

March seminar

Well folks i have been bouncing txt and emails back and forth to Phil wright the cmd coach. we have came up with a date for the seminar i want him to run in Glasgow. The dates are 28th and 29th of march.

not read much of it but it seems to be a bit strange. i mean the wording of it.

Crazy monkey nights

I was out on Friday night at one of my local pubs having a few drinks. i looked out the window and their was these two wee Ned's having a go with my flat mate. to cut the long story short i ended up having a 1-2 with one of them. i went straight into the crazy monkey defence which worked like a treat. i hit the guy twice in the face very fast with no injury to myself. cant wait till i learn more from that system. push push then push some more.
