Well this Is the start of our journey to wales for our raw combat course. Me,graham and gav. The boys picked me up at 3 am. Then we went to tesco to pick up some supplies. Now on the road in the dark. I am in the back and going to try and get a sleep.

Raw Week

Next week i have invited all my guys who are taking part in the RCI course to come train with me. i will be treating it as a normal day at work. i want to set out for a 8 hour day practice, well might have a wee break in between. still need to work on some things but hopefully by next week we will be rid of the cobwebs.

I have to get myself into a better sleep patter guys. this staying up late on comps are not good for you. its great getting up in the morning if you don't have work to go to . but very difficult if you know you have to go out and make a living.

sometimes you just write shit on these kind of things. i am prob better making vid blogs and posting them. maybe even start doing tech to teach.

Great reading material

Last night after my class I received a email from someone. It was like an ebook. But what a read. It has opened my eyes to some of the ways I used to train but now don't. I suppose the original way was misinformed to me. So I will carry on reading and hopefully understand. Stay tuned for next weeks. Ray journey.

Closing

A wee note guys to let yous know that I will be closing my coatbridge class when I get back from wales. It is not feasible to keep it open in my eyes. Thank you to the ones who have supported me from coatbridge. I would need more support the guys in that area to keep it open and we are not getting a regular crowed.
